I took the car back to VW Village the next day because I was having trouble starting it up, Bill went above and beyond fixing my car, keeping me informed throughout.
I will certainly be coming back, I have nothing but trust and faith that Bill and the entire team will do the right thing, at a fair price, and a rapid pace.
Cannot recommend this place enough - Our 2013 Mk 7 Golf developed a water leak.
After an NRMA quick roadside diagnosis it was towed to VW Village (after arranging a possible diagnosis and repair) and they promptly repaired it within 24 hours.
They replaced a faulty water pump … More and associated drive belt and replaced and bled the coolant.
Their quoted repair cost was reasonable and staff were friendly.
